Returns.
All returned merchandise will be deemed new and in original condition if all packing materials, including manuals and warranty cards are enclosed. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to funeralOne.

Sole and exclusive venue for any dispute arising under or relating to this agreement shall be in a court sitting in Wayne County, Michigan.
